Great location, just a short walk to the Rialto Bridge and plenty of dining options nearby. The room felt spacious and was kept clean daily. Both the heating and cooling systems worked well, keeping us comfortable. The staff provided helpful local tips. Breakfast had a decent variety, although seating in the breakfast room was cramped was great. Shower space was a bit limited, and the shower doors were prone to coming off the tracks. We had a bit of trouble with the noise from the bar downstairs during the night, which could be an issue for light sleepers. Still, this hotel is a solid choice for those wanting to explore Venice.

The hotel was in an EXCEPTIONAL location, in the centre of Venice. Tried some nice meals at El Magazen, located right next to the venue.

One might expect a complimentary upgrade for such inconveniences, but instead, i received nothing. Clearly, customers like me don't matter.

Very good experience in this hotel. The attention given by the staff was also excellent, giving recommendations not only to visit, but also to schedule, print train tickets and help during the general strike that affected public transport services in Italy. Only small details, such as one of the missing bathroom screens that wet the whole bathroom, but that was solved with extra towels. The air conditioning was not enabled, even though it was still hot, but it was explained to us that it was due to a provision of the Municipality of Venice that forced them to leave it off during this period. Its location is perfect, within reach of everything. Very good breakfast. Totally recommendable.
That the air conditioning didn't work even though it was still hot. The bathroom screen was not reappeared, which caused everything to get wet.

The location is excellent. It is near Rialto and San Marco which is primarily the location to visit for tourists. It is also near Rialto water bus stations which makes you very mobile to go around, ride a gondola or tour Murano. Wifi is 24hour at 6euro only and you can use it until intermitently. However, it is a budget hotel so don't expect much on amenities, breakfast options as well as aethetics of your room and staff services. Although I must say the reception desk Ennio and another person are one of the most helpful and friendly/accomodating people in Venice we have spoken with.
It is very near a public toilet so a few meters when going out of hotel you smell the stink and it is not pleasant. We had to check out early in the morning (3am) but can't do the checking out night before because of systems update. Hotel does not have any affiliation with any tour package or company which could have helped - ex. tour to Murano or gondola ride, or alilaguna tie-up so you can just buy ticket to water buses via hotel -- to uplift the services.

excellent central location, classic decor, options of streaming services
Room felt so cramped-definitely not the ideal space for two!!! An iron would have been nice as it's such a standard in many places!!! Just expect to deal with late-night noise from the restaurant!!!

Extremely helpful & friendly hotel staff. Clean & good value hotel ideally situated for exploring city/ tourist attractions.
Only one minor complaint in that the air conditioning seemed to be a bit erratic - worked most of the time.

Hotel location is so central. Just 3 minutes away from Rialto vaporetto stop. Room was big and extremely clean. Decent breakfast. Staff very kind and helpful. Can't rate this hotel high enough. Amazing value.
Minor issue. Could hear noise coming from the ceiling every morning, probably while the room above was being made up. Also, A/C not functioning in the room. However room was warm enough!
